Baja Sol Tortilla Grill
Fresh Fast Food – voted "Best Meal under $5 by City Pages" for ’96, ’97, "Best Cheap Eats" by the readers of Mpls/St Paul Magazine ‘99.

Baja Sol is now in 8 locations in Minnesota and Florida. FoodSense developed the core recipe production system and the signature salsas before it opened its first unit in 1995.

Buffalo Wild Wings
BWW, with over 100 units near college campuses across 20 states, is on track to double in size by expanding into its secondary market, suburban locations. FoodSense is helping BWW focus on strategies to broaden their menu for this new client base. Building on the introduction of their new Jerk and Thai Sauces, FoodSense developed 5 original signature menu items and designed the market survey for a 60-unit test for the summer of 2000.

Bridgeman’s Family Restaurants Inc.
"The FoodSense staff got right into our kitchens. They found out what equipment we had, the products we carried in inventory, as well as the skill levels of our staff. They created six menu items that fit our criteria perfectly. Most importantly, FoodSense went right back into our kitchen to make sure the staff was trained to prepare each item properly."

Steve Lampi, President/COO Bridgeman’s Inc.

Casper’s Cherokee Sirloin Room
"Our consultation with FoodSense helped us refocus our menu which had become crowded. The changes they recommended for our spring menu resulted in a 25% increase in sales of the highlighted items, greater interest in the new House Specialties and a 5% increase in appetizer sales. The separate Specials Card also allowed me to make easy and rapid changes when the price of crab sky rocketed."

Rick Casper, President

Doolittles Air Cafe
"You (FoodSense) have both the creative and the practical knowledge needed to produce interesting new concepts to menus. We can confidently recommend your services to our peers in the industry. You considered our menu strategy and produced some good items for our menu…. The Samuel Adams Yankee Pot Roast and the Flying Tiger Chicken and Peapods … my personal favorites because of their unique flavors and broad market appeal."
Barbara Olson, Marketing Director

Zaroff's Delicatessen Restaurant
With a pair of young owners, David and Amy Zaroff, who were new to the restaurant business, FoodSense developed the menu and all the recipes. By their second year of operation, Zaroff's was named "Best Deli" by two major Twin Cities Publications.
