Marketing and Operation Services
Ideation: Led manufacturers, executives and franchisees in ideation to develop new products for Bridgeman’s Restaurants. Served as restaurant experts for Pillsbury ideations since 1995.

Strategies: repositioned a slow selling cooking appliance as an aid to healthy cooking for health-and-fitness oriented Nordic Track, so it earned increased sales and the proper image for the company in their infomercials.

Trend Tracking: compiled restaurant, consumer food publication and new product introduction data for Pillsbury to measure the strength and direction of a trend toward new ways to use side dishes.

Foodservice Recipe Development: developed foodservice recipes for Land O’ Lakes cheese products to heighten their profile in the foodservice industry.

Live Television Appearances: appeared in more than 150 segments on live TV, in training videos and commercials, demonstrating products, recipes and techniques. Delivered four 7-minute segments of NBC-affiliate airtime for No Name Steaks/Midwest Pride, a manufacturer of boxed steak products to produce a significant increase in customer awareness.
